    Materials preparation and rubber workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the materials preparation workshop<\/strong>, we process the materials used in rubber processing and flexible extrusion. We also recycle<\/strong><\/span><\/a> 90% of the plastic off-cuts recovered during production.<\/p>\n

    In the rubber workshop<\/strong>, we mould rubber parts<\/strong><\/span><\/a> (grommets, protectors, caps, feet and washers) using several presses. We precisely design all the moulds needed to produce our moulded parts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Flexible extrusion and injection workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the flexible extrusion workshop<\/strong>, we extrude materials for the manufacture of sleeves<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, profiles, identification rings, PLIO markers etc. Our materials central<\/strong> store automatically feeds the various production machines.<\/p>\n

    Our thermoplastic injection-moulded parts<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, such as cable ties, grommets and caps, are manufactured in the injection-moulding workshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    LAUWPLAST – Rigid extrusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The LAUWPLAST<\/strong> site manufactures cable and installation trunking<\/strong><\/span><\/a>,<\/strong><\/span>  PLIOLINE protective channel<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, and profiles for distribution boxes<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Using extruders and then punching machines, we carry out the preforming and finishing work on our products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Braiding workshop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the braiding workshop<\/strong>, we manufacture PLIOSIL expandable braided sleeving<\/span><\/strong><\/a>. We invite you to watch a video<\/strong><\/span><\/a> showing the entire manufacturing process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
