This new range of SES-STERLING protective conduits comprises several models.
The PW-R-PP-S flexible protective conduit
The new PW-R-PP-S protective conduit from SES-STERLING is made from modified polypropylene (known as modified PP). It is used for guiding and protecting cables in industrial environments and is perfectly suited to both static and dynamic applications.
Its wide temperature resistance range, from -40 to +130 °C, makes it a durable solution for outdoor installations exposed to cold conditions or, conversely, for areas near heat-generating machinery and motors. It also offers excellent protection against chemicals, impact and UV radiation. The PW-R-PP-S protective conduit is therefore ideal for automotive, railway and industrial applications, as well as for photovoltaic installations.
Furthermore, it is EN 61386 certified, ensuring excellent flexibility and crush resistance. Ideal for installations requiring robustness and longevity, it stands out as the go-to choice for professionals.
The PW-R-PP-S-LS flexible conduit
The LS version of this flexible conduit is split lengthways and is recommended for protecting pre-assembled cables subject to moderate mechanical stress.
Choosing a split conduit facilitates installation and maintenance whilst maintaining adequate mechanical protection.
The PW-R-PP-S-LS protective conduit is also suitable for mechanical engineering and chemical plant applications, as it complies with EN 61386 specifications.
Please note that our PW-R-PP-S-LS conduits are available cut to length in 1 m lengths or multiples of 1 m.
Our accessories for flexible protective conduits
SES-STERLING also offers the new metric MSV connector, featuring a simple opening mechanism and suitable for PW-R-PP conduits. Supplied pre-assembled, it features a simple opening mechanism. Easy to use, simply insert the conduit.
The DR-NBR sealing ring, meanwhile, increases the protection rating of MSV-type conduit fittings from IP 54 to IP 65. To do this, simply insert the ring into the first groove at the end of the conduit.
The UHE bracket ensures reliable, durable and neat support for your conduits. Thanks to its screw-fixing system, you can securely mount your cabling installations on a wall, ceiling or machine whilst ensuring axial support and sufficient mechanical strength.
